
Rimage AutoPrinter II Knowledge Base
The lift arm is colliding with the printer, carousel, bin, or tray.
- Important! Try these solutions in the order they are presented.
• Run diagnostic test 3 to calibrate the lift arm. Refer to the
AutoPrinter II Diagnostics
document.
• Check alignment of the lift arm, carousel, and printer.
Refer to the
Align the Lift Arm to the Carousel document.
Refer to the Aligning the printer section of the
AutoPrinter User Guide.
• Reseat the serial cable.
1. Power off the AutoPrinter.
2. Disconnect the serial cable.
3. Connect the serial cable, ensuring that it is secure.
4. Power on the AutoPrinter.
5. Reinstall the printer driver. To find the latest drivers, refer to the Downloads tab on the
Support website. Navigate:
www.rimage.com > Support > Printers > AutoPrinter. Select
the Downloads tab. Download the latest driver.
The lift arm will not pick from the printer.

Update the firmware. To find the latest firmware, refer to the
Downloads tab on the Support

Downloads tab. Download the latest firmware.
