
Rimage AutoPrinter II Knowledge Base
• If none of these solutions resolves the issue, your AutoPrinter II requires the attention of an
authorized Rimage Repair Technician. Contact your Rimage reseller for repair and service
options.
The lift arm is not moving at all.
The Prism or Everest printer is in the wrong mode.
• If the printer is an Everest II or Everest III, be sure the mode switch is in position 2. Refer to
the mode switch information in the
Everest II Printer User Guide or Everest III Printer User
Guide.
• If the printer is a Prism, refer to the
Changing the Operation Mode document to learn how to
change the mode of the printer.
The lift arm is hitting the printer.
• Run diagnostic test 3. Refer to the AutoPrinter II Diagnostics document.
