Rimage AutoPrinter II Knowledge Base

The lift arm is dropping discs.

- Important! Try these solutions in the order they are presented.

• Check alignment of the lift arm, carousel, and printer.

 Refer to the

Align the Lift Arm to the Carousel document.

 Refer to the Aligning the printer section of the AutoPrinter User Guide.

• Clean the metal shaft.

 Using 70 – 99% isopropyl alcohol and clean, lint-free towel clean the metal shaft.

- Important: Do not use any type of lubricant or oil on the metal shaft.

• Push the solenoid button on the bottom of the lift arm to see if the solenoid fires. When button

is pushed, you should hear a clicking sound.
